M Builder

Set on a half-acre homesite in Rio Vista, this new M Builder residence keeps both the primary suite and a guest
suite on the first floor, with a game room and balcony upstairs. A stone-arched entry opens to a private study off
the foyer and a family room with fireplace, flowing to a chef's kitchen with walk-in pantry and mud bench — and
out to covered outdoor living with a second fireplace.
