M Builder began when a lifelong friend needed someone to build on his property. Lee and Sam saw an opportunity to fill a need in the Fort Worth market—custom home builders who could streamline the process without sacrificing quality.
Lee brings deep knowledge of land development and homebuilding. Sam's expertise centers on luxury custom homes and design excellence. For twenty years, they've worked as true partners, each running different aspects of the company with mutual respect for what the other brings to the table.
The name itself reflects this partnership: M Builder comes from Monument Custom Homes (Sam) and Maverick Homes (Lee)—two established companies joining forces to create something greater.
